UK Mainland, Non-Mainland and UK Northern Ireland Delivery

Non-Mainland includes The Channel Islands, The Scottish Isles, The Isle of Man and The Scilly Isles.

We offer a 1st Class Recorded Signed For™ service as standard. This is provided by The Royal Mail and offers delivery within 1-3 working days, but more often than not arrives the next day.  Please see Royal Mail website for details.

EU Delivery

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Republic of Ireland.

If you are ordering from a country within the European Union we use the Royal Mail International Signed For™ service or the DPD Classic service. This can take up to 7 working days. This is of course dependent on payment and stock availability.

Dispach Details

If you order before 11am Monday-Friday you should have your order dispatched the same day, order placed after 11am Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

£5.00   - UK Mainland and Northern Ireland Delivery

£10.00 - UK Non-Mainland Delivey

£15.00 - European Union Delivery

Orders that exceed 5kg may incur an additional charge for delivery. We will contact you if this is the case before we dispatch your goods.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple steps to return the item.

•The item or items must be returned to us in their original condition complete with invoice and labels still attached within 14 days of receipt.
•Package the item securely
•Post the item using a delivery service that insures the full value of the goods and requires a signature upon delivery – e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
•Send the item to: Shop Rugby, 8 Duke Street, Cardiff, CF10 1AY
•After satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund time scales vary depending on method of payment – please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
•If you want to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and re-order through the site.

Who pays for return postage?

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. If you are returning an item for a refund we will refund you MINUS our original delivery cost and will not reimburse the cost of you returning the item to us.
